IMI welcomes two new staff to THEMIS project
Kate Prudden joined THEMIS as the new Project Co-ordinator. Kate has worked within the Oxford Department of International Development since 2002 – initially at the Refugee Studies Centre and then as Project Coordinator for Young Lives. Kate gained a 1st class BSc in Marine Biology (Liverpool University) and then continued with post-graduate research in fishery economics, including survey research work. Before coming to Oxford she had also worked providing production office / research support for a series of film companies and the BBC.
Agnieszka Kubal joined IMI from the Centre for Socio-Legal studies, where she is in the final stage of completing her DPhil thesis, entitled: ‘Socio-Legal Integration of Polish post-2004 EU Enlargement Migrants in the United Kingdom’. Her research interests lie broadly at the intersection of migration and legal studies. Whilst at IMI, she will be working as a Research Assistant on the THEMIS project.
