The workshop ‘Transnational and Ethnic Entrepreneurship’, supported by the Centre on Migration, Policy and Society (COMPAS) and International Migration Institute (IMI) aims to explore the intersection between transnationalism and the analysis of ethnic entrepreneurship from a global perspective. The participants will discuss preliminary empirical results from research focused in the European Union, China, India, Turkey and Russia; as well as new openings in theoretical approaches to immigrant entrepreneurship.

The event will include keynote speakers such as Monder Ram (Director of Centre for Research in Ethnic Minority Entrepreneurship at Birmingham Business School) and Leo-Paul Dana (Professor at University of Canterbury and Professor at Montpellier Research in Management, Montpellier Business School).

NB: This is a closed event for invited participants only.
